Part of the Old West Austin family- Brykerwoods has traditionally enjoyed its proximity to the University of Texas, the Capitol Complex, and downtown. It's highly accessible central location makes it a convenient commute to anywhere, but a downside of that is the unforgettable boundary to the West: Mo-Pac Expressway- which accounts for a large amount of traffic through the neighborhood.
